Lead Teacher
📋 About the Role
Bali Sunny Kids is seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Teacher to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, curriculum development, and supervising teachers, as well as monitoring student development in a nurturing, nature-based environment.
🌿 Responsibilities
- Teach and care for early childhood students using a nature-based approach
- Develop and implement the curriculum
- Supervise and evaluate teachers, including performance evaluation and mentoring
- Monitor and assess early childhood student development milestones
- Identify and resolve issues with students and teachers
- Collaborate with parents and the community
- Organise nature-based extracurricular activities and school events
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching early childhood
- Knowledge and experience with nature-based education
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and the community
